Chicken Pot Pie

- 2 c milk
- 1 stick butter
- 3 tbs flour
- 2 clover garlic
- .5 lb chicken
- 2 potatoes
- 2 cups frozen mixed veggies
- 2 packages frozen pie crust
Melt half of the butter in the micro wave and combine with the flour.
Combine the milk and the remaining half stick of butter over medium heat. Once the butter is fully melted add in the flour mixture and finely chopped garlic. Stir until the mixture begins to thicken.
Add in the frozen veggies and allow to thaw out in the mixture.
Dice up fully cooked Chicken. Peel the potoat and scroe it a few time and pop it in the old microwave for 30 seconds and then finely dice. Add chicken and potato to the rest of the mixture.
Grease two pie tins and roll out one the thawed pie crust into the bottom of the pie tin fill with the cream mixture. Roll out the second pie crust and place on top pinching the edges to seal. Score the top of the pie crust and put in a 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
