This is an old family recipe and I must be honest everyone has a slightly different version of the recipe that they make. My mother used cream of celery, my aunt cream of mushroom, and my grandma cream of chicken.
- 1/2 lb chicken boiled
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 8 oz shredded colby jack cheese
- 4 oz shredded mozzerella cheese
- 1 package thin noodles
- Dash of vinegar based hot sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Boil the chicken in minimum water and reserve the water once the chicken is cooked. Cook the noodles al dente. mix all the ingredients together and bake in a 400 degree oven for 30-40 minutes until it all starts to bubble a little.
